PRIVACY & TERMS

The small print.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Publication details to complete: legal operator name, registered address, business registration number and privacy contact email. PrintMeadow is the website brand; these details must identify the business responsible for it. The CRM provider’s legal identity, processing location and transfer safeguards must also be confirmed before public launch.

Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

The business operating PrintMeadow is responsible for personal information collected through this website. Its legal identity and contact details must be inserted in the publication details above. This policy describes the guide request form, website delivery and related course communications.

2. Information we collect

Name, email, experience and consent are required for this form. Phone is optional. Country is taken from the URL if supplied; it is not inferred from your device location. Avoid putting private information into page URLs because the full URL is included with a submission.

3. Why we use this information

We use your form details to fulfil your guide request, manage your interest in the course and send related emails with your consent. We use technical records to protect the form against abuse and diagnose delivery failures. Existing campaign and cookie identifiers, where supplied, help associate the request with its campaign.

We rely on your consent for the guide-and-course mailing and associated CRM processing described beside the form. We rely on legitimate interests in operating a reliable, secure website for proportionate security and delivery records. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

4. CRM forwarding and service providers

When you submit the form, our server sends a JSON request to https://whitec.top/api/intake/leads. It contains first and last name, email, optional phone, country when supplied, website domain, page URL, subId, campaign_id, adet_id (mapped from adset_id), ad_id, existing fbc/fbp values and browser user agent. Missing campaign values are sent as empty strings. Experience level remains in the local signup record and is not in this CRM payload.

Hosting and email providers may also process information needed to operate the website and deliver messages. The operator must confirm the legal entity providing the whitec.top service, its contractual role and authorised access before using it with real submissions. This policy does not authorise unrelated marketing, sale of leads or independent use by the CRM provider.

5. International transfers

The operator must establish where hosting, CRM and mail providers process personal data. If information leaves the European Economic Area, the operator must identify an applicable transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with any necessary additional safeguards. No provider location or safeguard is assumed in this draft.

6. Retention and security

Local signup records include contact details, consent and campaign information. A separate delivery record stores a hashed submission reference, timestamp and CRM HTTP result, without the contact payload. Files are protected with PHP exit guards and an Apache directory access rule. Security cannot be guaranteed absolutely.

Records should be kept only while needed to fulfil requests, manage an active subscription or resolve a delivery issue, subject to any necessary legal retention. The operator must set documented review and deletion periods before launch. This version has no automated deletion; deletion requests must be handled in local records, the CRM and mail systems.

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent and object to direct marketing at any time. Use the privacy contact to be published above or reply to a PrintMeadow email once email delivery is enabled. Unsubscribe requests must be applied across the relevant mailing and CRM systems.

You may complain to your local data protection authority. In the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. This website does not implement automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date above identifies this version. Material changes in purpose require appropriate notice and, where necessary, fresh consent.

Cookies & external services

The supplied website sets no analytics or advertising cookies, creates no Facebook identifiers and does not persist campaign parameters between visits. If _fbc or _fbp cookies already exist and are readable on this domain, their values are included with a form submission as disclosed above. No tracking pixels are installed.

Campaign parameters are read from the current URL. Google Fonts supplies the website typography and receives request information, such as an IP address, when fonts load. System fonts are used if that service is unavailable. Browser settings can block cookies or external resources, though visual appearance may change.

If advertising scripts, analytics or non-essential storage are added later, their details and any required consent controls must be introduced before they run.

Terms & Conditions

1. About PrintMeadow

PrintMeadow provides introductory educational material about print on demand. These terms cover this website, the starter guide and the introductory course content. The operating business must be identified in the publication details above. These terms do not remove any mandatory consumer or data protection rights.

2. Free resources and access

The starter guide and introductory website course are free. No payment card is required. You may read the guide in your browser and print or save a copy for your own learning. Email delivery depends on the website’s mail configuration and provider availability. Requesting the guide does not enrol you in a paid subscription.

3. Acceptable use and your details

Provide accurate information and submit only your own contact details or details you have permission to provide. Do not misuse the form, interfere with the website, submit malicious content or attempt unauthorised access. The form uses validation, an automated spam check and a repeat-submission limit.

4. Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, PrintMeadow content and branding are provided for personal educational use. You may not resell or redistribute the learning material commercially without permission. Third-party names and material belong to their respective owners. You are responsible for obtaining the rights needed for designs, fonts, images and wording used in your own products.

5. Independent suppliers

PrintMeadow is not a print manufacturer, marketplace or fulfilment company. Illustrated products are examples, not items offered for sale on this website. Any store platform, supplier or service you choose has its own fees, terms and obligations. Check suitability, delivery conditions and sample quality independently.

6. Educational scope and business risk

Material is general guidance and may become outdated. It is not personalised legal, tax or financial advice. You are responsible for checking current requirements, costs and licences that apply to your business. Neither downloading the guide nor completing lessons guarantees a shop launch, sales or income.

7. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the website useful and accessible but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses resulting from independent business decisions or supplier services. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory rights.

8. Communications, changes and complaints

Course emails and CRM processing follow the consent you give and the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time. We may update learning material or these terms prospectively; the revised date will appear above. Send questions or complaints to the operator contact to be inserted above. The operator’s location and applicable law must be confirmed before publication, while mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.

Earnings disclaimer

There is no guarantee of revenue, profit or business success. Some shops earn little or nothing and expenses can exceed revenue. Mockups and examples do not represent actual customer earnings. Print on demand avoids bulk inventory purchases but may involve sample costs, subscriptions, production charges, delivery, advertising, refunds and other fees. Test assumptions before committing money.
